World Environment Day 2018

St.Paul’s International School celebrated the World Environment Day on 5th June 2018

St.Paul’s International School celebrated the World Environment Day on 5th June 2018 with pomp and grandeur.Students prepared placards which spoke volumes to’AVOID PLASTIC’.This was to encourage the awareness demanding action for the protection of our environment.The school also organized a rally to HMT junction and provided cloth bags to many people and made them aware of its significance in this scenario.

We had mesmerizing performance exhibited for the students by the great magician and ventriloquist Dr.Ravindran Acharya,Ph.D,International award winner IDSDK Malaysia propagating the message say’ NO TO PLASTIC’.

The school’s pledge to make it a plastic free campus is another clarion call towards the protection of nature to keep it green and clean.

  • ONAM CELEBRATION 2016
    The rich cultural heritage of Kerala came out in its best form and spirit in Onam celebration,”Pookalam-16”.The Andes House students of St. Paul’s International School made an elaborate preparation to celebrate Onam in a grand way.
  • Children's Day and Principal's Birthday
    Children's Day and Principal's Birthday was celebrated with great fun and fiesta. The Programme started with the invocation by the School choir. The Presidential address was delivered by the Director of SPIS, Rev. Dr. Douglas Pinheiro. In his speech he mentioned about the greatness of Pt Jawaharlal Nehru, although he was very simple. He spoke about the immense contributions of Jawaharlal Nehru in making and shaping India with all its glory. Director also highlighted the positive attributes of our dear Principal, Mr George K. V. He is a man of integrity and calibre with great leadership quality. Tiny tots of SPIK presented a musical programme and colourful dance performance. Students of all the classes showered their love and birthday wishes to the Principal with colourful cards and bouquets. On behalf of all the Teachers, Ms Anisha Mary Stephen felicitated the Principal and mentioned about all the greatness and leadership qualities in him. In his message, the Principal advised the students to have an ambition and a dream in life. He urged the teachers to love, understand and cater to the needs of all the students. Children entertained the audience with various peppy songs and dances. They wrapped up the function with the Spanish B'day song.
  • KALARI - 2017
    Kalari, a three-day camp for art gained impetus at St. Paul’s International School on 16 November 2017 under the auspices of Kerala Lalithakala Academy, Thrissur.
  • SPIS CUP 2019
    St.Paul’s International was abuzz with the Basketball fever. The 10th Inter School Basketball Tournament 2019 kick started on 29th August in the indoor auditorium with 20 registered schools. The event started with the auspicious prayer. The Principal Mr.George K.V. inaugurated the meet by shooting the ball in the basket. In the Junior Team (Under 14) St.Paul’s International school, Bhavan’s Girinagar , Viswajyothi and Vidyodaya school won the first round of matches. In the Senior Team (Under 17) St. Paul’s International School, Global Public School and Assisi Perumpilly qualified for the second round of matches.
  • Seminar on Astro Physics
    A seminar on Astro Physics was held in St Paul's International School on 22nd June 2019. It was conducted by Mr Athul R. T. Project Trainer, Department of Physics, CUSAT. The seminar was conducted for the students of classes X, XI and XII in the school auditorium. The seminar covered various topics like Physics , Astronomy and many intriguing facts of science. The resource person also mentioned about the famous institutes offering the courses in Astro Physics. He explained the topic very clearly. The students got a clear idea about the topic and what are the criterias for getting opportunities in this particular field.
  • A Talk on ‘How to Confront Exam Fear’
    On 15th January 2018, a talk on ‘How to Confront Exam Fear’ was organized at St. Paul’s International School, Kalamassery under the aegis of Balajanasakhyam, Kalamassery Union.
  • Vidyarambham 2019
    12th June, 2019 marked an important Milestone in the annals of St Paul's International School, as the tiny tots of the L.K.G. section stepped into the temple of knowledge. The colourful programme kickstarted with the captivating welcome dance by the U. K. G students, followed by the invocation by the SPIK choir. The Welcome speech was given by Mrs. Remila V. T, the K. G. In-charge. The Presidential Address was delivered by Rev Dr Douglas Pinheiro, Director, SPIS. In his address Director reminded that the school is the second home for the kids and the teachers are like their mothers. The event was inaugurated by lighting up the ceremonial lamp by the Chief Guest, Mr. Sippy Pallipuram. He stressed on the importance of the mother tongue in our life. The Principal of the school, Mr. George K. V. addressed the gathering and said SPIS students are taught 3 languages along with 2 foreign languages like Spanish and German. Later the L. K. G students along with their parents lit up the Diyas and took part in the auspicious Vidyarambam rituals. The occasion was wrapped up with the vote of thanks by Mrs Mary Ourin, the Vidyarambam I/C and the National Anthem by the SPIK choir.

All 2nd and 3rd Saturdays will be holidays for classes from Std VI to XII

OFFICE TIMINGS

Monday - Saturday : 8.30 am - 4.30 pm
Lunch Break : 12.45 pm - 1.45 pm
Office will not be functioning on 2nd and 3rd Saturdays.

Parents may meet the Principal after prior appointment at the following timings. Monday - Friday 10.00 am - 11.00 am / 2.00 pm - 3.00 pm
