International Yoga Day

On the occasion of International Yoga Day, St. Paul’s International School organized a special assembly in the school auditorium.

On the occasion of International Yoga Day, St. Paul’s International School organized a special assembly in the school auditorium. The programme commenced with a Gayathri Mantra, recited by Gayathri S of std XII B. Sherin Sara Prince of std XII B welcomed the gathering and invited the participants for the yoga display.

Sun Salutation and different types of advanced Asanas were showcased by the students. The benefits of these Asanas were also highlighted. The school Principal Dr. Sheela Seth pointed out the importance of yoga as it is a synchronization of body, mind and soul. Apart from improving general health, it gives peace and tranquility. Breathing exercises enhance the concentration and so everyone should practice it regularly, she added. Encouraging the audience to do different types of Asanas, Mrs. Usha K.P, Yogacharya of the school, delivered the vote of thanks.

    St. Paul’s International School proudly welcomes Mr. Erik Solheim, The Executive Director of United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). He is a Norwegian Diplomat and the Under-Secretary General of the United Nations. His solemn presence at SPIS is in association with the 10th Annual Celebrations of the mega-event SEED (Student Empowerment for Environmental Development) organized by Mathrubhumi. The management, staff and students of SPIS are proud to be the host of Mr. Erik Solheim who is committed himself for the mother nature.

    St. Paul’s International School hosted the Vidyarambham of LKG students on Wednesday, 8th June 2016 in the school auditorium.

All Saturdays will be holidays for LKG to Std. V
All 2nd and 3rd Saturdays will be holidays for classes from Std VI to XII

OFFICE TIMINGS

Monday - Saturday : 8.30 am - 4.30 pm
Lunch Break : 12.45 pm - 1.45 pm
Office will not be functioning on 2nd and 3rd Saturdays.

Parents may meet the Principal after prior appointment at the following timings. Monday - Friday 10.00 am - 11.00 am / 2.00 pm - 3.00 pm
